OFFICIAL RULES | GODADDY NEWS LOLA BLANKET GIVEAWAY

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Promotion Period

The GoDaddy News Lola Blanket Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on August 13, 2026, when the Sweepstakes post is published on the @godaddynews Instagram account, and ends on August 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. Sponsor

GoDaddy.com, LLC, 100 S Mill Ave Suite 1600 Tempe. AZ 85281 USA (“Sponsor” or “GoDaddy”). Lola Blankets is the prize provider and is not the sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, Lola Blankets, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. “Immediate family” means spouse or domestic partner, parent, child, and sibling, and their respective spouses or domestic partners. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may receive up to two (2) entries using the methods below.

Primary Entry (one entry): (a) follow @godaddynews on Instagram; (b) like the Sweepstakes post; and (c) comment on the Sweepstakes post and tag two friends.

Bonus Entry (one additional entry): share the Sweepstakes post to the entrant’s Instagram Story, tag @godaddynews, and include #GoDaddyGiveaway. The entrant’s account must be public while the Story is active so Sponsor can verify the bonus entry.

An entrant must remain a follower of @godaddynews through winner verification. Limit two (2) entries per eligible Instagram account. Each natural person may use only one Instagram account to enter. Entries submitted through multiple accounts, identities, automated methods, bots, scripts, macros, coordinated account activity, or other methods that undermine the integrity of the Sweepstakes are void. Normal internet or mobile access charges may apply.

5. Entry Requirements

Entries must comply with these Official Rules, Instagram’s terms, and applicable law. Tags must identify real persons with whom the entrant has an actual connection and may not identify fake accounts, celebrities, businesses, or persons selected indiscriminately. Entries must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content. Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant that Sponsor determines, in its reasonable discretion, violates these requirements or interferes with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

6. Winner Selection; Odds

On or about August 26, 2026, Sponsor or its designated administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period using an internally approved, auditable random-selection method. Sponsor may also select alternates in ranked order. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All potential winning entries are subject to verification.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message only from @godaddynews and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the message is sent. Sponsor will never require payment or financial information to claim the Prize. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residence, eligibility, and a valid shipping address, and to complete an eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, or other verification document reasonably requested by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or provide required information within the stated period, is ineligible, declines the Prize, or violates these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate. Sponsor will announce the verified winner on or about August 29, 2026, or as soon as reasonably practicable after verification.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Lola Blanket with an approximate retail value of $325 (the “Prize”). Blanket color, style, and other features are subject to availability and may differ from any image shown. The Prize will be shipped only to a valid address in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all expenses not expressly included. If the Prize is returned as undeliverable, cannot lawfully or reasonably be delivered, or the winner cannot provide an eligible shipping address, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, city and state, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for Sweepstakes-related advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administration, eligibility verification, winner communication, fraud prevention, prize fulfillment, and related purposes in accordance with the GoDaddy Privacy Policy. Sponsor may share information with service providers, prize suppliers, and others as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Lola Blankets, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the Prize, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, or undeliverable entries or communications; technical, network, platform, device, or human errors; unauthorized intervention; or other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

12. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, or disqualify affected entries, if fraud, technical failure, platform changes, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If feasible, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected event.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

These Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action must be brought individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where prohibited by applicable law. Entrants waive any right to participate in a class or representative action to the extent permitted by law.

14. Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor, not to Instagram.
